1. Overview

This Sales Policy governs all purchases made on shotbygafar.com and applies to customers worldwide. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy in full. Please read it carefully before buying.

Shot by Gafar sells digital products (downloadable files) and creative services. Because digital products are delivered instantly and electronically, all sales are final once a purchase is completed and download access has been granted.

 

2. What We Sell

All products sold on shotbygafar.com are digital deliverables, including:

Lightroom presets (.xmp and .lrtemplate files)
LUTs — Look-Up Tables (.cube and compatible format files)
Posing guides (PDF format)
Social media content packs (digital files)
Photographer starter kits (digital files)
Wallpaper packs (digital image files)
Any other downloadable content listed on our Website

No physical goods are sold or shipped. All products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout or via your account on our Website.

 

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price shown at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

Promotional prices, discount codes, and bundle offers are valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

Currency conversion displayed on our Website is for guidance only. Your bank or payment provider determines the actual exchange rate applied.

 

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods via Stripe:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express
Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)
All major debit cards

Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. Your order will not be processed until payment is confirmed. We do not store your card details. All payment data is processed securely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant).

By submitting your payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

 

5. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email serves as your receipt and includes your download link or instructions to access your files.

Please keep this email for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact us through our Website with the email address used at checkout.

 

6. Digital Product Delivery

Download access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. You will receive your files via:

A download link in your order confirmation email, and/or
Your customer account on our Website under My Account > Orders

Download links remain active for 365 days from the date of purchase. Downloads may be limited to a reasonable number of attempts. It is your responsibility to download and save your files promptly. We strongly recommend backing up your files to a secure location.

We are not responsible for files lost due to device failure, accidental deletion, storage failure, or any other reason after successful delivery has been confirmed.

 

7. No Refund Policy — All Sales Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS (see Section 7.1 for the only limited exceptions).

Due to the nature of digital products — which are instantly accessible and cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed — we operate a strict no-refund policy. This applies globally to all customers regardless of country, jurisdiction, or local consumer law, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

No refunds will be issued for any of the following reasons:

Change of mind after purchase
Accidental purchase
Not reading the product description before purchasing
Software incompatibility (it is your responsibility to check compatibility before buying)
Not achieving expected results with the product
Purchasing the wrong product
No longer needing the product
Finding the product cheaper elsewhere
Technical difficulties on your end after successful delivery

7.1 The Only Exceptions

We will only consider a resolution in the following two situations:

Duplicate charge: if you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate payment(s)
Non-delivery: if your download link is permanently broken and we are unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days of you reporting it

To request a resolution under either exception, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase date through the contact form on our Website. You must include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue. We reserve the right to verify the issue and determine the appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

7.2 UK Consumer Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital content purchase within 14 days. However, this right is waived once you have consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel. By ticking the acknowledgement checkbox at checkout and completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day cancellation right.

7.3 EU Customers

EU customers have similar cancellation rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. By confirming your purchase and consenting to immediate digital delivery at checkout, you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of that Directive.

7.4 Australian Customers

Under Australian Consumer Law, certain guarantees cannot be excluded. Where a product has a major failure as defined under ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy. For digital products, this applies only where the product fundamentally fails to function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue. Change of mind does not constitute a major failure.

7.5 Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider for a completed digital product purchase, where delivery was successfully made, constitutes fraud and a breach of this Sales Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a chargeback, we will provide Stripe and the relevant card network with full evidence including: proof of purchase, delivery confirmation, IP address records, these agreed policies, and the checkout acknowledgement. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds and to permanently block access to our Website and products for customers who file fraudulent chargebacks.

 

8. Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes must be applied at checkout before completing payment. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders under any circumstances. Each discount code is valid once per customer unless stated otherwise. Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

 

9. Product Compatibility

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that the products you purchase are compatible with your software, hardware, and workflow before buying. We provide compatibility information on every product listing page.

Final Cut Pro
Adobe Premiere Pro
Other software as specified per product

Incompatibility with your specific software version, camera system, or device does not constitute grounds for a refund.

 

10. Licence & Permitted Use

All digital products are sold under a personal-use licence only. By purchasing, you do not acquire ownership of the files — you acquire the right to use them personally as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. 11. Global Applicability

This Sales Policy applies to all customers worldwide. We serve customers internationally and this policy is designed to comply with UK law as our primary jurisdiction while acknowledging international consumer rights to the extent required by applicable local law. Where local law grants rights that cannot be excluded, those rights remain unaffected.

 

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Sales Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to our Website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
